Extraction Principle

So circulate until extraction terminates. After the extraction is finished, the extract is filtered through the pipeline filter, and the clear liquid enters the concentration tank.

Concentration Principle

The principle of vacuum and low temperature pressure reduction. Concentration is indirectly heated by jacket heat conducting oil. According to the process requirements, the material temperature of the concentrator and the boiler temperature are set. After the steam from the tank enters the condenser for condensation, the solvent returns to the oil-water separator, and the oil-water separator is recovered to a certain extent, and the recovered liquid needs to be discharged. The tail gas is pumped into the atmosphere by a vacuum pump. The concentrated liquid is evaporated repeatedly to meet the requirement of concentration.
